How to study English – Shadowing

Hello everyone,

As you should know by now, all our new Kensington classes have extra reading, listening and videos to further enhance your study.

One thing I would recommend you to do is to use our reading and listening material for shadowing. Shadowing is a learning technique where you listen to a text in your target language, and then speak it aloud at the same time as the native speaker. In this case the native speaker is either me or Jaimie!

Shadowing helps improve your accent by improving your pronunciation, word stress, intonation and your natural rhythm when speaking. Please try it out!
