You must be working on one or more projects now, right?
Before you started your project(s) it was …approved or given a green light (It was accepted by your bosses)
Then you and your team, launched or got the project off the ground (You started the project)

Noriko: Good news Keisuke, the CEO has approved our project!
Keisuke: Oh, finally she has given it a green light!
Noriko: Yes, she has. And we have everything to get it off the ground.
