Welcoming and training new Kensington teachers
Hello there, greetings from Kensington Eikaiwa team. Hope you’re enjoying the weather, sites, sounds and tastes of spring. This spring a couple of new teachers and support staff have joined “Team Kensington”, so we’re welcoming and helping them get used to our teaching methods and other related job skills. They’re also sharing with us good ideas and pointers that can help us build a stronger team and a better school.

やぁみなさん、
ケンジントン英会話チームからご挨拶申し上げます。
春の気候、風景、音や味覚を楽しんでいらっしゃるといいのですが。
この春、「チームケンジントン」には数人の新しい講師とサポートスタッフが加わりました。
私たちは彼らを歓迎します。そして私たちのティーチングメソッドやその他の仕事のスキルに彼らが慣れる様にサポートしていきます。
彼らもまた、強いチームとより良いスクール作りの為に、いいアイデアやポインターをシェアしてくれています。
