Hello again and Happy Monday!
This week’s business English expression “downtime” means time when you are not working on your main tasks.
Example
“If you have some downtime this week, I’d like to put our heads together and come up with some ideas for the summer school.”
“Sure, no problem. I should be finished up with everything by Tuesday, so how about lunch on Wednesday?”

今週紹介するビジネス英会話のフレーズ「downtime」は、主要な仕事をしていない時、休息時間などを意味します。
例：
“If you have some downtime this week, I’d like to put our heads together and come up with some ideas for the summer school.”
（今週空き時間があれば、会ってサマースクールについてのアイデアを考えたいです。）
“Sure, no problem. I should be finished up with everything by Tuesday, so how about lunch on Wednesday?”
（もちろん、問題ありません。火曜までに全て終わるはずなので、水曜にランチはどうでしょうか？）
