Hi Everyone,
This week’s subject is fashion and beauty, which for me is…not exactly an easy subject!
Fashion wise, I take care of myself and go for a simple, casual style – but according to many of my friends, I look great in formal wear. I really don’t like formal wear however, so I stick to my usual well fitted shirts, long sleeves, shorts, pants and dark colours, especially purple.
When it comes to beauty care, I just focus on eating good food, getting lots of sun, sleeping well and drinking a lot of water. I don’t think you need much else!

みなさん、こんにちは。
今週のテーマはファッションとビューティーですが、私にとっては…、難しいテーマです!
ファッションに関しては、シンプルでカジュアルなスタイルを心がけていますが、多くの友人によると、私はフォーマルな服装が似合うようです。
しかし私はフォーマルな服装はあまり好きではないので、いつも体にフィットしたシャツ、長袖、短パン、ズボン、そして濃い色、特に紫の服にこだわっています。
美容に関しては、良いものを食べること、日光をよく浴びること、よく眠ること、そしてたくさんの水を飲むことだけに集中しています。
他にはあまり必要ないと思います！
