ケンジントン英会話ニュース -  the Corona Virus

Hello everyone,

As you are by now aware the Corona Virus has reached Fukuoka City and will most likely start to spread. In order to maintain the safety of our students, teachers, staff and their families we will be taking a number of steps to do our best to stop our people getting infected.

Firstly, we will be asking the staff and teachers in all schools to wipe down and clean all surfaces before and after each lesson to keep them sterile. Secondly, we would ask of our students to please not come to school if you are feeling even slightly unwell, for example have a slight fever or a cough. 

We understand that this may be a bit of an inconvenience, but public health and safety from preventing the spread of the virus is most important.

In a perfect world we would be able to provide you with disinfectant gel before class, but as we are sure you are aware it is almost impossible to procure at the moment. 

Unfortunately this may cause some scheduling problems, but the same day cancellation rule will still stand, we kindly ask for your understanding on this matter. 

Hopefully this will all blow over soon and we can get back to business as usual.

ケンジントン英会話ニュース - ケンジントンのコロナウイルスの対策について

みなさんこんにちは。

みなさんご存知の通り、コロナウィルスが福岡市まで到達し、今後間違いなく広がりはじめることでしょう。生徒の皆様や、講師、スタッフそしてその家族の安全を守るため、感染防止に最善をつくすために当スクールではいくつかの措置を取ってまいります。

初めに、全教室にてスタッフと講師に、無菌を保つためそれぞれの授業の前後にテーブルの表面を拭いて綺麗にするよう依頼いたします。次に、生徒の皆様には、少しでも気分がすぐれない場合、例えば微熱があったり咳が出たりされる場合はスクールへお越しいただかないようお願いいたします。

皆様にはご不便をおかけするかと思いますが、ウィルス拡散を防止する為、公衆衛生と安全は最も重要です。

授業の前に、消毒ジェルをご提供することが出来ればいいのですが、皆さんご存じかと思いますが、今現在調達するのがほとんど不可能な状態です。

大変申し訳ないのですが、今回の件で皆様のレッスンスケジュールに問題を起こす可能性があるかと思いますが、同日キャンセルにつきましてのルールは引き続き有効とさせていただきます。（同日キャンセルは消化扱いとなり振替のお受付が出来かねます。）何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

少しでも早く終息し、いつも通りレッスンが出来ますよう望んでおります。
