What we are doing in Kensington
Lesson quality monitoring and evaluation
Hello there, hope you’re keeping warm. It’s our mission at Kensington Eikaiwa to help you communicate better in English and achieve your study goals. Lately teachers have resumed recording some of their lessons, share them with other teachers. They watch them and give feedback. The aim of the exercise obviously is to enhance (強化する) the quality of our lessons.

ケンジントン英会話のミッションは、生徒さんの英語でのコミュニケーションをより良いものにし、学習目標を達成できるよう支援することです。
最近また取り組み始めたことは、講師のレッスンの一部を録画し、それを他の講師と共有することです。講師たちはそれらを見てフィードバックを行います。
この目的は明らかに、私たちのレッスンの質を強化することです。
