A lot of our students go off ( especially to Canada) for working holidays. As you know, when you work you need to open a bank account so here are a few expressions you need when doing so.
Hello, I’d like to open an account please.
I’d like to open a savings account.
I’d like to open a checking account.
What’s the interest rate?
I’d like to make a deposit.
I’d like to make a withdrawal please.
My check has bounced.
I’d like to transfer some money to an overseas account.
I’d like to close my account please.
